A late goal from debutant Niklas Fuellkrug inspired Germany to a narrow 1-0 victory over Oman in their final World Cup warm-up friendly on Wednesday.

Substitute Fuellkrug found the back of the net on his international debut after he was played through on goal by Kai Havertz at the Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex in Muscat.
