Kaizer Chiefs striker Samir Nurkovic has praised the support from the Amakhosi faithful, saying every game feels like a home game.

The Serbian striker has enjoyed a fast start since signing from Slovakian second division side KFC Komarno.

He has started to form a lethal partnership with Khama Billiat and Leonardo Castro as the Glamour Boys have flown to the top of the Absa Premiership and into the semi-finals in the Telkom Knockout.

With Chiefs set to play in front of a capacity crowd for the fourth game in a row, the forward has opened up on the impact the supporters have on the team.

‘For me‚ right now‚ they are the best fans in the world‚ Amakhosi. They support us whether we play at home or away. When we play away we feel like we play at home.

‘I enjoy every moment‚ on and off he field. We love and appreciate their support. Me especially, because of them I am giving everything‚ and in every game 100%.’

Chiefs will take on Maritzburg United in the Telkom Knockout semi-finals on Sunday at Mbombela Stadium.
