Bouna Coundoul has approached the PSL Disciplinary Committee amid his ongoing contractual dispute with Platinum Stars.
The 34-year-old Senegalese goalkeeper was released by Dikwena at the end of last season alongside players including Tlou Segolela, Thabiso Semenya, and Mduduzi Nyanda.
The former New York Red Bulls shot-stopper was then offered a settlement package, however, Coundoul turned the offer down, declaring that what they offered him did not reflect the two years he spent at the club.
‘Coundoul has taken Platinum Stars to the DRC as he was not happy with what the club offered as a settlement package,’ a source told KickOff.com.
The case between Bouna Coundoul and Platinum Stars is set to take place on September 22.
