Kaizer Chiefs coach Giovanni Solinas believes that new signing Lebogang Manyama will play a major role in the squad once he’s fully fit.
Amakhosi sent shockwaves through the South African football fraternity when they snapped up the former PSL Footballer of the Year on a three-year deal, beating off reported competition from Cape Town City and Mamelodi Sundowns.

Due to his free-agent status, the former Cape Town City captain can be registered at any time; however, having not played a competitive game of football since December 2017, the midfielder needs to fast-track his fitness to start the action with his new team.
Solinas believes that the former Ajax Cape Town man will be a key cog in the Chiefs system once he is fully fit.
