Kaizer Chiefs coach Giovanni Solinas admits his side cannot afford to underestimate Black Leopards when the two side’s square off on Sunday.
The Glamour Boys will are set to welcome Leopard in the Telkom Knockout last 16 when they meet at the FNB Stadium with Amakhosi hoping to end their trophy drought.
The Soweto giants will look to bounce back after conceding a shock 1-0 defeat to Polokwane City in their last competitive match before the international break.
Solinas has stressed the importances of their upcoming cup tie, while also confirming that Chiefs are in the final stages of their preparations for their clash against the Limpopo outfit.
‘The game [Leopards] is very important to us. We have to prepare very well for the game. Tomorrow we will be joined by the international players and then have two days to finalise our preparations,’ Solinas told the media.
The match at the FNB Stadium kicks off at 3:30pm.
