Kaizer Chiefs will host Orlando Pirates in the headline game of the Telkom Knockout quarter-finals after the draw was concluded on Tuesday evening.
The Soweto giants faced off in the semi-finals of the same competition last season, with Pirates running out 2-1 winners on the day.
This year, though, the sides will face off in the quarters with both looking at the TKO as a possibility of ending their respective trophy droughts.
Elsewhere, the recently crowned MTN8 champions SuperSport United drew Golden Arrows, while Absa Premiership champions Mamelodi Sundowns will travel to face Chippa United in Port Elizabeth.
The PSL will announce the dates and venues for the encounters at a later date.
The full draw:
SuperSport United vs Lamontville Golden Arrows
Kaizer Chiefs vs Orlando Pirates
Chippa United vs Mamelodi Sundowns FC
Maritzburg United FC vs Highlands Park
