Goals from Jeremy Brockie and Fagrie Lakay helped SuperSport United sneak into the next round of the Caf Confederation Cup.
SuperSport got off the best start possible against the Madagascan outfit Elgeco Plus at the Lucas Moripe Stadium when Jeremy Brockie converted the spot kick he won after being brought down in the box with 13 minutes played.
Elgeco Plus drew level but all too briefly for their cause as Lakay scored his first goal in Matsatsantsa colours in what would prove to the winner.
Despite bossing the better chances and territory, SuperSport failed to add to their tally as the were forced to defend furiously to secure their place in the next round.
