Midfielder Jack Wilshere has joined Bournemouth on loan from Arsenal until the end of the season having completed a deadline day medical with the Premier League side.

The injury-prone England star has seen his promising career stalled on various occasions in his time with Arsenal, with the player making just a handful of appearances for the side last season.

With the Gunners looking well stocking in terms of midfield options, it is hoped a move to Bournemouth could revitalise the player’s career as he looks to get a run of games under his belt.

Bournemouth, meanwhile, will be hopeful the star can produce his best form for their side.
