Pitso Mosimane has confirmed he has resigned from his post as Mamelodi Sundowns head coach, with Egyptian giants Al Ahly set to welcome the five-time PSL winning coach.
Mamelodi Sundowns president Patrice Motsepe has reportedly called an emergency meeting at Chloorkop after reports emerged that coach Pitso Mosimane is set to resign and join Al Ahly.
Premier Soccer League chairman Dr Irvin Khoza has announced that the new season will kick off with the MTN8 on 17 October and the all-new DStv Premiership starting on 24 October, with the same prize-money structure as last season.
