Kaizer Chiefs returned to winning ways in the DStv Premiership after they claimed a narrow 1-0 victory over Richards Bay at the King Zwelithini Stadium on Saturday.
Amakhosi scored the game’s only goal as early as the eight minute, while Richards Bay finished the game with 10-men after alim Magoola received his marching orders in the 19th minute as Amakhosi held on to snatch all three points.
The win sees Amakhosi move up to fourth place on the table – level on 34 points with third placed Orlando Pirates, while Richards Bay are in sixths place trailing Amakhosi by three points.
