Kaizer Chiefs returned to winning ways in the league following their 1-0 win over Chippa Uninted thanks to a goal from Mduduzi Shabalala at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban.
Despite the win, Amakhosi dropped down to seventh place on the table with 15 points after 10 games, while the Chilli Boys moved up to ninth place with 14 points from 11 matches.
Royal AM 1-3 TS Galaxy
TS Galaxy extended their unbeaten run in the league to six matches following their 3-1 win over Royal AM when goals from Dzenan Zajmovic, Victor Letsoalo and Sphiwe Mahlangu cancelled out Sedwyn George’s goal at the Harry Gwala Stadium in Pietermaritzburg.
The wins see the Rockets drop to 10th place on the log with 13 points after 11 games, Royal AM remain in 14th place on the table with eight points from 11 matches.
Magesi FC 0-1 Orlando Pirates
Orlando Pirates secured their second consecutive victory in the league following their 1-0 win over Magesi FC through a goal from Relebohile Mofokeng at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane.
The win saw the Buccaneers move back up to second place with 27 points after 10 games, while Magesi remain at the foot of the table with six points from 10 matches.
Cape Town City FC 0-1 AmaZulu
AmaZulu bounced back and returned to winning ways in the league after they secured a 1-0 win over Cape Town City thanks to a goal from Hendrick Ekstein at the DHL Stadium in Cape Town.
The defeat leaves the Citizens in 12th position on the log with 11 points after 10 games, while Usuthu dropped to 11th place with 12 points after 10 matches.
