Kaizer Chiefs have announced that full-back S’fiso Hlanti has put pen to paper on a one-year contract extension, with an option for a further year.
The 33-year-old joined Chiefs from fellow DStv Premiership side Swallows FC on July 9, 2021.
The former Bidvest Wits full-back has since scored three goals and assisted a further one goal in 33 appearances across all competitions.
Hlanti will now remain at the club for the 2023-24 season with the option of extending his stay for another season.
“We are happy that we have agreed on this contract extension with S’fiso. He is an important member of the team, given his experience and ability,” Sporting Director Kaizer Motaung Jr told his club’s official website.
“We look forward to his continued hard-work and sharing of his knowledge with the young players we have in the team.”
