Sekhukhune United have bid farewell to midfielder Jamie Webber after his transfer to USL Championship outfit FC Tulsa.

Webber joined Babina Noko from SuperSport United in July 2023, where he scored five goals and registered five assists in 36 appearances across all competitions.

The 27-year-old now joins FC Tulsa with immediate effect, where he will play in the USL Championship in America.

Over the course of his career, Website has played for Stellenbosch FC, SuperSport United and Sekhukhune United, making 159 appearances, scoring 11 goals and 16 assists.

“Sekhukhune United FC are delighted to announce that Jamie Webber has joined FC Tulsa in the USA, effective immediately,” read a club statement.

“The Babina Noko family welcomed the 27 year-old midfielder at the start of the 2023/24 season from SuperSport United.

“During his time at the club, Webber made a significant impact, scoring five goals and providing four assists in over 30 games in all competitions.

“The creative midfielder now moves to the USL Championship and we extend our best wishes to him in his future endeavours.”
