Out-of-favour Mamelodi Sundowns star George Lebese admits that he dreams of a return to former team Kaizer Chiefs.

The fan favorite has failed to make an appearance for the former Caf Champions League winners this season, and last week confirmed his decision to leave the big spenders after a frustrating spell on the sidelines.

With Lebese’s exit from Pitso Mosimane’s side reportedly imminent, the 29-year-old took to his Instagram in a Q&A and further fuelled speculation about a return to the Amakhosi.

‘Which team do you dream of playing for now that the Sundowns chapter is about to close,’ Lebese was asked on Instagram.

‘Kaizer Chiefs,’ was Lebese’s reply.

The attacker has been reportedly linked with moves to Bidvest Wits and Cape Town City, however his wage bill is said to be a stumbling block.

Could the fan favourite be on his way back to Naturena after his latest revelation? It remains to be seen.
