Former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Wiseman Meyiwa has social media buzzing after showing great progress in his attempts to walk again.
The 20-year-old was involved in a serious car accident in November 2018, and as a result forced into early retirement after sustaining vertebrae and spinal cord damage, which left him in a wheelchair.
Almost two years after his injury, Meyiwa posted a picture on social media of himself on a training cycle on Sunday morning, with the caption: ‘Don’t let the social media rush you. No one is posting their failures.’
