Kaizer Chiefs coach Ernst Middendorp and SuperSport United striker Bradley Grobler have been respectively named Coach and Player of the Month for August.
Middendorp walked away with the Coach of the Month award after guiding Amakhosi to three wins and a draw during their first four games of the season.
The Glamour Boys currently sit at the top of the Absa Premiership standings with 10 points, and are currently on a four-game unbeaten run in the league.
‘I want to thank everyone at Kaizer Chiefs for having the belief. I appreciate this award but it doesn’t mean we will live on cloud nine forever,’ Middendorp told the media.
