Stellenbosch FC, SuperSport United and AmaZulu booked their places in the Nedbank Cup last 16 after claiming victories on Tuesday evening.

Stellenbosch FC secured their place in the last 16 after they claimed a 2-1 win over Kruger United at the Danie Craven Stadium in Stellenbosch.

The Motsepe Foundation Championship side opened the scoring in the 54th minute through Onyedikachi Ononogbu before Stellies came back thanks to goals from Langelihle Phil and Devin Titus to fire the team to victory.

SuperSport United booked their spot in the round of 16 following their 2-0 win over Magesi FC at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane.

Gavin Hunt’s chargers secure their spot in the next round after Vincent Pule opened their scoring in the fifth minute before Christian Saile sealed the victory in the 51st minute.

AmaZulu vs Mighty Eagles

AmaZulu cruised into the last 16 after securing a comfortable 5-1 victory over Mighty Eagles at the King Zwelithini Stadium in Durban.

A hat-trick from Sandile Mthethwa and goals from Mlondi Mbanjwa and Etiosa Godspower Ighodaro all got their names on the score sheet to secure the win.
