Orlando Pirates secured their seventh straight win in the Betway Premiership standings following their 1-0 victory over Richards Bay at the Orlando Stadium on Tuesday evening.

The Buccaneers claimed the victory and all three points thanks to a 26th minute strike from Evidence Makgopa.

The win sees Pirates stretch their lead at the top of the league standings and currently sit on 21 points from seven matches.

The Natal Rich Boys remain in 12th place on the log with five points from seven games following their defeat to the Soweto giants.
