The Premier Soccer League (PSL) have confirmed that the January transfer window has officially opened.
The domestic transfer windows opened on Thursday, 2 January, which will allow clubs to being their transfer activity for the second half of the 2019-20 season.
Although the transfer window is officially open, clubs have already been adding to their squad, with Cape Town City signing midfielder Mduduzi Mdantsane, while Bidvest Wits swooped in for Cameroonian striker Bienvenu Eva Nga.
The league has since confirmed that the transfer window will close at midnight on Friday, 31 January.
The PSL released the following statement on the matter, which reads:
The Premier Soccer League domestic transfer window (January 2020) is officially open.
The transfer window opened on Thursday morning, 02 January 2020 and will close at midnight on Friday, 31 January 2020.
*The Absa Premiership will resume this weekend, Friday, 03 January 2020.
