SuperSport United have officially announced that goalkeeper Ronwen Williams has signed a new contract extension with the club.

The 27-year-old pledged his loyalty to the club after putting pen to paper on a four-and-a-half year contract extension, which keeps him at the club until 2024.

Williams has played a crucial role for United this season and has already kept 11 clean sheets from 24 appearances across all completions so far this season.

The club released the following statement on the matter, which reads:

SuperSport United is pleased to announce that Ronwen Williams has signed a four and a half-year contract extension which sees him at the club till 2024.

Ronwen has been a part of the club now for 19 years with a record of 300 clubs caps under his belt.
