Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Bongani Zungu says his side will not “relax” when they come up against Golden Arrows at the Princess Magogo Stadium despite winning the DStv Premiership.

The Brazilians are currently on a 19-match unbeaten run in the league following their recent goalless draw against Swallows FC.

Sundowns have already been crowned champions of the DStv Premiership for the sixth consecutive seasons with seven rounds left in the league season.

Zungu, who recently returned from injury, admits that his side have gotten used to winning and become complacent but has urged his side to bounce back and bring back their winning mentality.

“Obviously the team has gotten used to games, game after game after game but the last two games we didn’t win and the only two positives is that we didn’t concede but yesterday in training we learnt how to score goals because that is something that is missing at the moment,” Zungu told the media.

“A good team, they’ve been performing really good recently they won their last game and they’ve got some good players in the team.

“It’s a game we want to win, it’s a game we want to bring back the winning mentality to the team because it’s a game we don’t really want to relax and just because we won the league already we’ve gotten use too winning game after game.

“So we expect a really tough game and hopefully we’ll win it.”
