Watch the highlights as a late Moubarak Boussoufa goal helped guide Morocco to a 1-0 win over Bafana Bafana, leaving the South Africans to wait on other results before knowing their Africa Cup of Nations future.
Stuart Baxter’s team came into the game knowing that a draw or win would seal their spot in the knockout stages of the competition.
Despite showing some positive intent at times, Bafana struggled to break down the well-organised Moroccans mustering just the one shot on target in the 90 minutes.
Calamity then struck late on in the encounter just when it looked as though a draw was going to be the outcome. The South Africans failed to clear their lines following a late free kick into the box, the ball fell at the feet of Boussoufa who made no mistake in smashing home his volley.

Bafana still have a chance of progressing to the last 16 of the tournament, but will need the results to go their way if they are to qualify as one of the highest-ranked teams who finished in third place.
Bafana will be hoping that Cameroon can overcome Benin and Ghana would have too much for Guinea-Bissau on Tuesday, and will undoubtedly be waiting with bated breath for the outcomes of the final group games.
