I really liked the intentions from the team, they were brave and positive to each other. Interesting game to prepare the Africa Nations Cup. Still a bit disappointed with the draw lol.
Why did you choose to represent Ivory Coast?
I was at a moment in my life and career where I wanted and needed a change. I had this choice in my mind since the beginning but the coach came to me with some ideas and visions and I decided to make this choice, the best one!
What do you enjoy about African football?
Definitely the vibe, the commitment, and the atmosphere from fans ! A victory means the world for the country so we get an extra boost and there is more pressure as well.
The strengths of the Ivory Coast team?
We’re a complete team in all segments of the game and aware of our weaknesses. I see a constant improvement since last year.

I don’t like to speak about numbers but we ‘re seen as one the favourites in the competition and of course in terms of potential we can win but this is not only about that and we know it.
What does it take to be an elite striker?
Commitment and dedication, you need to invest our time, energy and thoughts but like every investments, you see the results only later and patience is one of the keys.
