Bafana Bafana are set to take on hosts Egypt in the round of 16 at the Africa Cup of Nations on Saturday, but will have to do so without Mamelodi Sundowns forward Themba Zwane.
Bafana entered the knockout stages via the backdoor as a 1-0 win for Mali over Angola in the final Afcon clash on Monday had Bafana progress as the fourth-best third-placed team.
The South Africans will now face the Pharos with a spot in the quarter-final up for grabs, but Stuart Baxter will be without key man Zwane, who is suspended for the clash after picking up two yellow cards in the group stages.
