AmaZulu have confirmed the arrival of six new players ahead of the 2024–25 season.

Usuthu president Sandile Zungu unveiled the likes of Luvuyo Phewa, Etiosa Ighodaro, Boniface Haba, Kwanda Mngonyama and Senzo Ndlovu as the club’s new signings.

Usuthu have confirmed that Aubrey Vilakazi will take over as their new new goalkeeper coach, replacing Wayne Sandilands.

The Durban-based outfit also revealed their new their new home, away and third kits for the upcoming season.

AmaZulu has since released the following statement on the matter, which reads:

AmaZulu have made six new signings as they prepare for the 2024/25 season and announced the players on Monday, the KZN outfit also launched their new kit and unveiled a new sponsor as well.

Other developments is that Aubrey Vilakazi has replaced Wayne Sandilands as the club’s new goalkeeper coach.

The players that have joined Usuthu on loan are Etiosa Ighodaro, Kwanda Mngonyama and Luvuyo Phewa. Boniface Haba from Guinea joined the team from Botolo Pro side Olympic Club de Safi.

Senzo Ndlovu also committed to a deal with the club after joining from third-tier ABC Motsepe League side Sinenkani FC. The striker scored 23 goals for his former team last season.

AmaZulu president Sandile Zungu also confirmed the signings of Thato Matli and Leonardo Rooi, but stated that the players will be sent out on loan once again.
