Blom joins Amakhosi after signing a one-year loan deal with the club, which also includes the option to purchase him at the end of his loan spell.

The Dobsonville-born midfielder has now become one of seven new signings behind the likes of Rushwin Dortley, Fiacre Ntwari, Gastón Sirino, Bongani Sam, Inácio Miguel and Bradley Cross.

The 24-year-old has since expressed his excitement about returning to Amakhosi and is relishing the chance to kick-off the new season.

“I am delighted to be back at Kaizer Chiefs, a Club that holds a special place in my heart,” Blom told his club’s official website.

“And I look forward to working with the team and contributing to our success under Coach Nasreddine Nabi.

“The support from the fans has always motivated me, and I can’t wait to play in front of the Khosi nation again.”
