Emile Witbooi made history when he made his debut for Cape Town City against AmaZulu at the age of 16 years, six months and two days.
The 16-year-old came on in the 68th minute to replace Kayden Francis to become the youngest player to represent the Citizens in the Betway Premiership.

His debut lasted 22 minutes as City went on to suffer a 2-0 defeat to AmaZulu at the King Goodwill Zwelithini Stadium in Durban.
Witbooi will be relishing the opportunity to showcase his talent when City welcome TS Galaxy to Athlone Stadium on Wednesday, with kick off set for 19:30.
