Mamelodi Sundowns defender Mosa Lebusa says they are looking to “finish the job” when they take on Bumamuru FC in the return leg of the Caf Champions League second preliminary round on Saturday, September 30.
The Brazilians cruised to a comfortable 4-0 thrashing of the Burundian at the Azam Complex Stadium this past Saturday.
Rulani Mokwena’s men will now take a four-goal advantage heading into the second leg thanks to a brace by Lucas Ribeiro Costa and goals from Lesiba Nku and Peter Shalulile in the first leg.
Despite going into the second leg 4-0 up, Lebusa feels their job is not over yet and will have to secure their qualification to the next round on home soil.
“The most important thing is to take the team into the group stages,” Lebusa said.
“I think we did that away from home and we have to finish the job back home and make sure that we score more goals and get into the group stages.”
