Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Sphelele Mkhulise says his side has what it takes to go all the way and win the Caf Champions League title.
Sundowns booked their place in the group stages of the continental competition after claiming a 2-0 victory with a comfortable 6-0 aggregate win over the two-legged fixture.
As a result, the Brazilians have reached this stage of the competition for the ninth consecutive season.
The 27-year-old stay they will not undermine any of their opponents and respect every club they play against by taking “every game seriously”.
“We played well as a team, we achieved what we had set out to achieve and that is qualifying for the Caf Champions League group stages.
“We take every game seriously regardless of the first leg result. We know what we want to achieve, we have goals and we want to always improve.
“So we do not undermine any game. It is very important that a team as big and ambitious as Mamelodi Sundowns should always qualify for the group stages so that it can challenge to win the Champions League.
“We must take each and every game seriously every time. We have what it takes to win the Champions League.
“We must believe in ourselves, focus and listen to the coach.
