Orlando Pirates crashed out of the CAF Champions League after losing 3-2 to Pyramids FC at the 30 June Air Defence Stadium on Friday evening.
The Buccaneers opened the scoring in the 41st minute through a goal from Relebohile Mofokeng before Pyramids drew level in the 46th minute thanks to a goal by Fiston Mayele.

Pirates restored their lead in the 52nd minute after Mohau Nkota found the back of the net but the Egyptian side equalised five minutes later through Ramadan Sobhi.

The Egyptian giants booked their place in the final after they completed their comeback when Mayele scored the winning goal in the 84th minute.

Pyramids FC will now take on Mamelodi Sundowns in the two-legged final after they defeated Al Ahly SC.
