Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane believes there is ‘no time for excuses’ when they take on USM Alger in Group C of the Caf Champions League.

The Brazilians currently sit at the top of Group C with four points from two games after defeating Petro de Luanda and earning a draw against Wydad Casablanca.

Sundowns, who will take to the pitch on Saturday having played six games in December already, have embraced the busy schedule with preparations going well and the team in good spirits.

Downs will be looking to end 2019 on a high by claiming all three points on the road and creating some breathing room in Group C before WydadCasablanca and Petro de Luanda lock horns later on in the weekend.

‘We have to focus on the game, we have to deliver, there is no time for excuses,’ Mosimane told his club’s official website.
