Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane has expressed his delight with his sides performance after overcoming USM Algers over the weekend.
The Brazilians strengthened their hold on top spot in Group C as they defeated USM Algers 1-0 in a tightly contested affair at the Stade Mustapha Tchaker.
Sundowns have now managed to accumulate a total of seven points after three matches played in Group C, having won two and drawn one match.
‘I’m so happy that we passed the first ten minutes because they put us under a lot of pressure, but we settled after that. I am happy with the result,’ Mosimane told his club’s official website.
‘We still have nine points to play for, but we are going to have to fight for them.’
