Leicester City midfielder Danny Drinkwater has urged his side to put their stamp authority on their Premier League clash against Southampton on Sunday.
The Foxes will go head-to-head against the Saints at St Mary’s Stadium and are currently placed just three points above them in the table.
Drinkwater will be hoping his side can produce a solid performance against the Saints, having not won in their last four Premier League encounters.
‘It’s going to be a tough game because we know the qualities that they’ve got in the team,’ Drinkwater told Leicester City website.
‘It’s up to us to stop them by putting our stamp on the game.
‘They’ve got a game in the week and then us so if that helps us then good, but if it doesn’t then we know what kind of test it’s going to be. Hopefully, we can go there and get the points.’
The match at St Mary’s kicks off at 14:00.
