Liverpool have signed midfielder Ryan Gravenberch from Bayern Munich in a deal worth about £34.3m.
The 21-year-old moves from Bayern Munich for a reported £34 million ($43 million).
Gravenberch is the fourth player that Liverpool has brought in during this transfer window. All of them have been midfielders.
Alexis Mac Allister, Dominik Szoboszlai, and Wataru Endo were already at Anfield when Jordan Henderson, Fabinho, Naby Keita, James Milner, and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain left. They were brought in to help make up for their loss.
“Very happy that the deal is done and I’m finally here,” said Gravenberch.
“If you see it from the outside, it’s one of the biggest clubs in the world. Also the fans, the stadium, I think everything from the outside is top.”

Gravenberch came up through Ajax’s youth programme and played 103 games for them before joining Bayern Munich last year.
But it was hard for him to make a difference at the German giants. In 34 games, he only started six of them.
