Erling Haaland won his second consecutive Premier League Golden Boot as Manchester City beat West Ham United 3-1 to win a record fourth consecutive title.
Due to injuries, the Norwegian striker missed two months of the season and was unable to reach the heights of his City debut season, in which he scored 52 goals in all competitions, including a Premier League record 36.
The 23-year-old was crucial in the closing minutes to help City win an unprecedented fourth consecutive English premier league title, even if he was unable to add to his 27 Premier League goals on the final day.
In his final seven Premier League games of the season, Haaland scored nine goals to assist City defeat Arsenal by two points to win the championship.
Cole Palmer of Chelsea, who began the season at City himself, was one goal ahead of Alexander Isak of Newcastle in the top scorer rankings with 22 goals.
