Manchester City remains five points adrift of Arsenal at the top of the Premier League after they fell to a narrow 1-0 defeat to Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.
Rodri made a mistake with the ball on the edge of his own box, and Kane took advantage by scoring his 267th goal for Spurs (15). However, City did not take advantage of league leaders Arsenal’s loss at Everton on Saturday.

Even though Cristian Romero was sent off late (87) for a second yellow card offense, Spurs held on to win. This means that City have now lost all five of their games at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and are still five points behind Arsenal in the race for a third straight title.
Spurs, on the other hand, move closer to the top four by one point, even though they have played one more game than their rivals. They did this by winning three games in a row for just the second time this season, in one of their best performances of the season.
