Liverpool kept their top four hopes alive after they came back to beat West Ham United 2-1 in their Premier League clash at the London Stadium on Wednesday evening.

Lucas Paqueta’s amazing goal gave the Hammers the lead in the 12th minute, but Cody Gakpo’s long-range goal in the 15th minute tied the game.

Joel Matip’s header in the 67th minute brought Liverpool, who were in sixth place, to within six points of Manchester United, who were in fourth place and had two games in hand.
