Chelsea are set to take on London rivals Tottenham Hotspur in the FA Cup semi-final following the draw at Stamford Bridge on Monday evening.
The LillyWhites, who lifted the FA Cup a total of eight times, with their last one coming back in 1991, thrashed Millwall 6-0 at White Hart Lane in the quarter-final encounter on Sunday.
Meanwhile, five-time winners Chelsea booked their place in the last four after they beat Manchester United 1-0 on Monday, through a goal by N’Golo Kante.
However, Spurs and Chelsea are now set to go head-to-head in a London derby semi-finals for a chance to progress into the finals of the competition.
While Manchester City progressed to the next round after their 2-0 victory over Middlesbrough at the Riverside Stadium through goals from David Silva and Sergio Aguero.
Arsenal cruised into the final four with their 5-0 win over Lincoln City when the likes of Theo Walcott, Olivier Giroud, Alexis Sanchez and Aaron Ramsey all got on the scoresheet for the Gunners, including an own goal by Luke Waterfall.
The Gunners will now meet Pep Guardiola’s side in the semi-finals of the competition, which will be played at Wembley Stadium on Saturday, April 22 and Sunday, April 23, 2017.
