Like fellow Real Madrid players Toni Kroos (midfield) and Nacho Fernandez (defence), Ceballos has re-upped at the Santiago Bernabeu.
With the addition of Jude Bellingham, Madrid now has a plethora of midfield options, and Spanish media are reporting that veteran Luka Modric will sign an extension next week.
