The Premier Soccer League has confirmed the dates, venues, and times for the semi-finals of the MTN8 competition.

The defending champions Orlando Pirates are set to travel to the DHL Stadium when they take on Cape Town City in the first leg on Tuesday, August 27, with kick-off set for 7pm.

The return leg is scheduled to take place at the Orlando Stadium on Saturday, August 31, with kick-off at 3pm.

Meanwhile, Mamelodi Sundowns will play host to Stellenbosch FC in the first leg played at the Lucas Moripe Stadium on August 27, with kick-off set for 7pm.

While the return leg is scheduled to take place at the Moses Mabhida Stadium on Saturday, August 31, with kick-off at 3pm.

The PSL have released the following statement on the matter, which reads:

The Premier Soccer League (PSL) has confirmed the dates, venues, and kick-off times for the upcoming MTN8 semi-final fixtures.

Cape Town City will be at home to Orlando Pirates in the first leg of their clash on Tuesday, 27 August 2024 at DHL Stadium, with kick-off at 19h00. The second leg fixture will be held at Orlando Stadium on Saturday, 31 August 2024. Kick-off is at 15h00.

In the other semi-final bracket, Mamelodi Sundowns will face Stellenbosch FC in their first leg at Lucas Moripe Stadium on Wednesday, 28 August 2024, with kick-off at 19h00. The return leg is scheduled for Sunday, 01 September 2024 at Moses Mabhida Stadium, kicking off at 15h00.
