Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper Brandon Petersen produced another howler which saw Mamelodi Sundowns striker Peter Shalulile find the back of the net after just 10 seconds.
The Brazilians went on to book their place in the finals of the MTN8 after claiming a 2-1 victory at the Lucas Moripe Stadium on Saturday.
