The Nedbank Cup semi-final fixture dates, venues and kick-off times have been confirmed by the Premier Soccer League.
The semi-final fixtures of the 2017 edition of the competition will be played on Saturday and Sunday, 20 and 21 May respectively.
Chippa United are set to host defending champions SuperSport United at the Sisa Dukashe Stadium on Saturday, with kick-off set for 15:00.
Dan Malesela’s side will be making their debut appearance in the Nedbank Cup semi-finals, which is an historical moment for the club from the Eastern Cape.
The Chilli Boys will go up against a side that has already won the trophy twice in the last six years (2012 and 2016), and have appeared in three finals during the same period of time.
The following day, Orlando Pirates will be travelling to Durban where they face Golden Arrows at the Princess Magogo Stadium, with kick-off scheduled for 15:00.
However, Abafana Bes’thende have not won the Nedbank Cup trophy yet, while the Buccaneers outfit has already lifted the trophy twice in the last seven years.
