Durban City FC will look to overcome TS Galaxy when the two sides meet in the Nedbank Cup last 16 encounter at the Chatsworth Stadium on Friday evening.

The Durban-based outfit’s journey in the competition started with a 1-0 win over Highbury FC in the first round followed by a 2-0 win against Lerumo Lions FC to earn their place in the last 16.

The Rockets, meanwhile, began their participation in the second round when they cruised to a comfortable 7-0 victory over Vasco da Gama to advance to the round of 16.

The Golden Boys will now have a chance to further advance in the competition when they welcome the Betway Premiership side to Durban.

Kick-off has been set for 7pm on Friday.
