Ajax Cape Town are expected to announce the signing of defender Isaac Nhlapo from Platinum Stars.

The 27-year-old has already agreed to a pre-contract with the Urban Warriors and the defender is expected to join the club at the end of the 2016-17 season as his contract with Dikwena is expected to expire in June.

A source has now revealed that the former Thanda Royal Zulu defender is soon to be unveiled as an Ajax player.

‘Ajax are expected to unveil Nhlapo very soon,’ A source told KickOff.com.

The Urban Warriors have already strengthened their squad after signing Sameehg Doutie and Aubrey Funga.

Since joining Platinum Stars from Thanda Royal Zulu in 2014, Nhlapo has scored one goal and has managed to rack up a total of 38 appearances in all competitions.
