Kaizer Chiefs have confirmed that their appeal against the transfer ban imposed by Fifa is set for 8-9 September with the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
Fifa has found that the signing of Andriamirado ‘Dax’ Andrianarimanana in August 2018 flaunted Fifa’s transfer regulations.
Subsequently, Kaizer Chiefs appealed against the ruling and will get a chance to prove otherwise through the appeal process.
Fifa imposed the transfer ban following a complaint by Dax’s former Malagasy club, Fosa Juniors.
The Glamour Boys will give a process update as the case has a bearing on the upcoming transfer window.
