Kaizer Chiefs have confirmed the appointment of former Free State Stars coach Giovanni Solinas as the club’s new head coach.
The Soweto giants have finally ended speculation surrounding their new coach following the departure of Steve Komphela back in April after announcing Solinas as their new head coach.
Solinas was chosen from a number of experienced candidates which include the likes of Bafana Bafana coach Stuart Baxter, coach Luc Eymael and Township Rollers mentor Nikola Kavazovic.

‘Welcome coach to the Kaizer Chiefs family.’
