Ghanaian international Jame Agyekum Kotei has sent an emotional message to his former club, Simba Sport Club, after moving to Kaizer Chiefs.
The 25-year-old became the second Chiefs signing of the window after the club confirmed earlier in the month that Lazarous Kambole was joining Glamour Boys on a long-term deal following his move from ZESCO United in Zambia.
Kotei joined the club from Tanzanian Premier League outfit Simba Sport Club after putting pen to paper on a three-year contract with the Glamour Boys.
The former Al-Oruba Sur defensive midfielder took to his official Twitter account to show his gratitude towards his former club for his time with them.
‘I can’t thank everyone enough for the [unconditional] love you made me feel and I’m truly thankful to you all for making Tanzania a second home for me. Special thanks to Mr Musleh for the faith he invested in me and brought me to Simba,’ Kotei tweeted.
