Cape Town City have confirmed that Austrian midfielder Roland Putsche has left the club to return to Europe.
The dynamic midfielder joined the Citizens four years ago and went on to help bag the 2016-17 Telkom Knockout title before winning the MTN8 under Benni McCarthy in the 2018-19 season.
The 29-year-old’s contract expired in June and the club announced via their Twitter page on Tuesday morning that the midfielder will return to Europe.

City will now enter the market to look for a replacement during these uncertain and trying times.
