Cape Town City has confirmed that Judas Moseamedi, Mpho Matsi and Ayanda Patosi has returned to full training with the first team.
The trio returns to the first team in time for the Citizens’ Absa Premiership clash against Free State Stars at Goble Park on Saturday.
City confirmed that Craig Martin is close to making a return to full fitness as he continues to rehabilitate his injury.
Benni McCarthy’s side has also bolstered their squad by signing winger Surprise Ralani, defender Kwanda Mngonyama and striker Masoud Juma during the January transfer window.
Meanwhile, Aubrey Ngoma and Lehlohonolo Majoro have recently left the club to join Mamelodi Sundowns and Bidvest Wits respectively, while youngsters Kamogelo Mogotlane, Mickyle Jackson, Safwan Hendricks and Duncan Adonis have all been loaned out to clubs in the National First Division.
While defender and captain Robyn Johannes is set to join Bidvest Wits at the end of the 2017-18 season after signing a pre-contract with the defending league champions.
Cape Town City against Free State Stars kicks off at 18:00.
