On an international level, the striker racked up 40 caps for the South African national team while scoring 13 goals in the process since making his debut back in June 2012 under the guidance of then-coach Steve Komphela.
Rantie has now become the Citizen’s seventh signing following the arrivals of Kouassi Kouadja, Siphelele Mthembu, Keanu Cupido, Riyaad Norodien, Peter Leeuwengburgh and Gift Links.
